Yoga Meditation
Matthew has been teaching Kundalini Yoga and Meditation since 2001. Kundalini Yoga is a powerful and effective technology which includes physical warm-ups, breathwork (pranayama), posture work, relaxation, the use of sound currents (mantras), and meditation; each set of exercises (or "kriya") works on a different aspect of the self in a powerful way. 
Along with pianist and yoga teacher Annabel Thwaite Matthew offers classes at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and teaches on courses and retreats around the world.
